If something went wrong

Technical failures, emergencies, and genuine mix-ups happen. Contact support with the lesson date and tutor name and we’ll look into it with you.

Avoiding it next time

• Reschedule as soon as you know you can’t attend
• Check the lesson time in your own timezone
• Where messaging is available, tell your tutor if you’re running late rather than not appearing
