How to reschedule a lesson
Plans change. Moving a lesson is straightforward — the main thing is doing it early.
Steps
- Open your upcoming lessons.
- Select the lesson you need to move.
- Choose reschedule and pick a new time from your tutor’s availability.
- Confirm, and check the new time appears correctly.
Give as much notice as you can
Your tutor has held that slot for you, and late changes are hard to fill. Rescheduling as early as possible may help you avoid late-change fees, depending on the policy shown for your booking.
If you can’t find a suitable time
Where messaging is available for your account, you can ask your tutor whether another time could work.
