Editing a learner’s details

Learner details change. You can update a learner’s profile from My Learners at any time.

What you can change

• The name shown in your account
• Their grade level, as they move up
• Which subjects they’re currently working on

When to update the grade

Updating at the start of a school year keeps tutor suggestions relevant. Existing lessons and tutors are unaffected.
