Adding a learner

Adding a child takes a few basic details from the form. You can add more children at any time, and update a profile later.

Steps

1. Open My Learners from your parent account.
2. Add a child.
3. Enter the name you want to see in your account — a first name or nickname is fine.
4. Add their grade level if you know it — it’s optional, and you can add or change it later.

About grade level

Grade level is optional. When it’s set, it guides the search and helps surface suitable tutors — it doesn’t restrict what your child can study, and learners often work above or below their current grade.
