Parent account vs. learner profile

Two different things, and the distinction explains how everything else works.

Your parent account

This is you. It holds your sign-in details, your payment method, and an overview of every learner you’ve added.

A learner profile

This is your child. It holds their grade level, their tutors, their lessons, and any homework their tutor has assigned.

Why it’s separated

Because two children in different grades studying different subjects with different tutors still shouldn’t need two logins from you.
