Trouble signing in
Most sign-in problems come down to one of a few things.
Work through these first
- Check you’re using the email address you signed up with — including a Google account, if that’s how you registered.
- Reset your password from the sign-in page.
- Try a different browser or a private window to rule out saved data.
Still locked out
Contact support from the email address on the account if you can. It helps us find you quickly.
