Rescheduling a lesson
If you have to move a lesson, do it as early as you can.
How
- Open the lesson from your upcoming lessons.
- Choose reschedule and offer a new time from your availability.
- Message the student so the change isn’t a surprise.
Why notice matters
Families plan around lessons. Late changes are the fastest way to lose a regular student, whatever the reason.
If a student doesn’t attend
Wait, and message them during the slot. If it becomes a pattern, raise it with them directly — and contact support if you need help.
