Sign-in trouble, account details, and common technology issues related to online lessons.
Signing in
- Check you’re using the email you registered with.
- Reset your password from the sign-in page.
- Try another browser or a private window.
Audio and video
- Test your microphone and camera before the lesson, not during it
- Use a wired connection where you can — you’re the one who has to be heard
- Refresh and rejoin to clear most one-off faults
- Turn off video if the connection is weak so audio survives
If a lesson is lost to a technical failure, contact support with the date and the student’s name.
