How payments work for parents
One payment method, one history, however many learners you have.
What you pay
Tutors set their own lesson prices, and you see the price before booking. Depending on what’s offered, you may be able to book individual lessons, recurring lessons, or a lesson plan.
Where to find it
Payments for every learner appear together in your parent account, so you can check a specific lesson or keep your own records.
Lesson plan terms are shown at the point of purchase. Review those details before confirming.
If something looks wrong
Contact support with the learner, the tutor, and the date, and we’ll look into it with you.
